Really, really like the way you sort of used a negative space technique for the "rocket trail." Β Really pops.Β

Thanks, Jeff.Β Sadly it may "pop" a little more than intended.Β There's a bit of grayscale halo on the inside of the trail visible in the original that was utterly crushed by the scanner.
Makes me realize that I need a stellar camera and a permanent lighting rig and setup to just shoot everything to get better images to post.Β Hell, oftentimes my iPhone does a better job of staying true to the illustrations than either my digital camera or my scanner.

Thank you.Β I think the deep perspective allowed me to get the layout drawn in around 15 minutes.Β The rest was just building up tones.
