~Some mostly gradient shading this time. :3Photoshop still hates my tablet. Some pure hard mouse-work.
This is a Lifurditern, A mixture of all of *THAZumi 's Dragonadopters dragons. xD Water element of course.

Cooleo! This is super fun for the eyes! Not sure what it is, but my eyes are roaming crazy all over it! Perhaps all the fabulous colors and details? Whatever it is, awesome work! Did you add a texture or is that of your own doing?

Most of the texture's mine. The only other textures added was a small noise filter and an image overlay that's on such a low opacity I don't really notice it anymore. and a few minor filters.
