I spent hours tweaking with the settings on this. and to be honest I never got 100% happy with it. But I don't think most artists are ever 100% satisfied with their final products. I am also working on one based on a color image, but that's proving exponentially more difficult. This is an awesome idea and very well carried out. And I can see how it would take a long time tweaking, you could literally change one apple ten times and then have ten different pictures to ask "Which do I like better?"

yeah, I never go with the way the program puts it on the first run. Computers can aid the human eye but they can't substitute for it. thanks for the

Wow that's Amazing. I attempted something like this once....with a dog image to go off of, but I never did get it anywhere near acceptable. Kudos. This gets a Fav....I'm an Apple person all the way around, 21" iMac desktop 10.8.4, iPhone 4 8GB, iPod Touch 8GB. I know Samsung is encroaching into Apple territory, but personally, I think Apple is unique enough to stay relevant. Steve Jobs was pretty cool.
