My project inspired by KidCollector 's roster saga continues with Part 2: Battle Tendency.
To start, let's address the elephant in the room. Yes, multi-part characters are split into mono-part characters, no matter what. Again, here, "The law of reasonable bullshit" is our friend.
And another thing, though this is more directed towards the Part 3 rosters and onward: If you don't like the idea of Stand Users being able to use their Stands in their movesets, but having their Stand also be separate characters, run and hide because that's exactly what I'm doing.
One last thing, and I should have said this earlier, no, I will not be making movesets for these guys. Sorry. Anyways...

Bruto: Some guy that tries to arrest Joseph to impress his girlfriend, and fails
Prisoner: Some dude who was turned into a vampire by the Nazis and then fucking absorbed by Santana
Donovan: An assassin who tries to kill Joseph, but gets retired to a cactus
Mark: A friend of Caesar's who Wamuu accidentally bumps into and erases half of him
Loggins & Messina: Joseph's and Caesar's mentors during their Hamon training. Loggins gets his lungs kicked out by Esidisi, Messina survives to the end of the part
Mario Zeppeli: Father of Caesar, son of Will, and he dies after reuniting with Caesar
Wired Beck: Vampire lackey of Kars that can grow spikes out of his body, who tries to kill Lisa Lisa but pays for it up the ass
George II: Father of Joseph, son of Jonathan, and he dies to an Antonio Torres-possessed William Cardinal, one of Dio's few remaining zombies
