this is a new mascot i designed for my friend's food cart. inspired by the anime entitled Sugar the Little Snow Fairy. my friend is going to sell frozen beverages. his business name is Purple Snow. i couldn't decide whether to amke a snow fairy or a polar bear as mascot, so i did this instead. )))
