Hi John, thanks. I made a little door and stuck it in a rock up the back, it has started to rot now but is still there.

OK! next time you make a door you will have to seal the wood with outdoor oil base poly or varnish. Wood does not hold up to well sitting in water unless sealed, if you need more information just give me a shout! Depending how bad your door is, maybe you can still fix it.

You know what trees look like that?

Tamarind trees, near the waterfalls of the Godavari River. That place is said to be evil, but I've never seen anything so pretty. Too bad no one in that part of Andhra Pradesh thought to make them into treehouses--it would be an elfland that so many people dream of.

Oh indeed, I understand that they're not evil. They're beautiful. I've seen something similar in the middle of South India, and the natives considered their place of rest evil.

Well, especially at the roots, anyhow. Branches weren't as thick, spreading upward while the branches here remind me of oaks.
