cool! i've been a rabid fan since i got aladdin sane out of the public library (vinyl no less! lol) when i was 12. i remember staying up late being angsty and listening to that over and over.

My wife turned me on to Bowie with 'Ziggy Stardust' in the 70's, I have many of his albums on vinyl.

ohh wow, i wish i'd been old enough to see him then! i went to two of his shows but they were in the late 90s early 00s. it was disappointing.Β

I think he peaked in the eighties, I never saw him live, would have liked to see him in the late 70'S.

There's so many 1970s acts I would have loved to have been able to see live... Bowie, Queen for a start...
Bowie is still amazing...I last saw him in the 90s when he went on tour with Trent Reznor - Bowie in a white suit, Reznor in all black, performing "I'm Afraid of Americans"... flawless!Β I think my favourite track is "Changes" though.

I used to go to many gigs in the 70's, I saw a lot of bands, I missed Bowie and I would have liked to have seen The Who (With Keith Moon)
