Description Leather coats for parades, protection of dress uniforms, rain, and cold weather in noncombat situations. These ones are worn over the M39 dress uniforms.

Panterria is a fictional story of the rise of a great empire from Austria in 2040 to the fall by constant invasion and interior problems.

If these had two rows of buttons showing they would be too scrunched together looking for me, unless I adjust the collar which I will not do. The Panterrians do have Panty green greatcoats though, which have showing double breasted buttons.

Well, it's not what you think. It's a guy that oversees the launchers. The whole idea is a ripoff of the nebelwerfer guys.

Although I'm not familiar with the Wehrmacht's battle protocols, dedicating an officer for that role seems over the top. A subofficer would do just fine, after all that's the sort of roles they do. But anyway, it's just a different way of thinking.

Oh and probably "supervisor" would be a more fitting term than "assistant", in that case.
