elMengu said they would look better with dress shoes. I disputed that and now that I did it in pixel form it looks pretty good. I still think the boots look better.What do you think?

I think they both look good. The Dress shoes could be part of a more formal uniform, and the boots could be for when they are on a system's surface, or expected to be in some sort of combat.

ISB wore high boots also. The Imperial officers seem to have this uniform: Everyone has the same uniform (except those ISB guys have a slightly different front flap but it's basically the same uniform) except with different colors, different rank bars and different numbers of those pen things.
