i have to mark my territory, don't i? 
so here's my lifted hind leg, my territorial pissing, my little minipack with 6 presets i scraped together.(about) five of these are "previously unreleased".

only two presets worked in the mini pack so i would likey say that 3 presets i wanted to see dont run at all

Excuse me, but I can't get the presets installed for some apparent reason, and my SmartScreen Filter keeps calling it harmful to my computer when it isn't. Please fix these issues with the latest version of Pimpbot (if available)!

no it's winamp's AVS - Advanced Visualization Studio. it has similarities with processing...
you have to download it, install it, and view it with winamp

Though you will have to substitute the file vis_avs.dll found in the ...\Winamp\Plugins folder with the one found in the 2nd post of this thread (vis_avs 2.81d.zip). That one's slightly older. That's because the new version is very buggy...

Yes of course. The WFCs are for everyone. But I don't know when it will be - the last one wasn't very productive, so it might take a couple of months until the next one is started.
There will be a forum thread where you can say that you are in, and then you will be part of the creation process.

i'd say evening news has potential, so i'm glad we'll be seeing more in wfc7. i loved city of tiny heights, it has the 'feel' i've tried to achieve with some of my presets. the stars are a really nice touch too. fΒ―Β―Β―etchup is cool, i thought the way you made the hexagons glow (kind of) was pretty clever. class sick is awesome. the presets i didn't mention were the ones i didn't like much. great pack!

okay, how about an extended and honest comment here. i don't like the first one for it's symmetry and more importantly its rough edges. even if you wanted the edges, i would've applied a minor blur (i guess the effect is less disturbing in higher resolutions). the second one is better, just don't like the background and i don't like how the trails vanish so sudden. maybe a zamuz/amphiron would please me better. said it before - should've left out the nudge remix (maybe it's just the contrast of that green on that black). number four is simple, but it's the first preset i really like. alsways liked hexagons (they should probably turn on beat) and the background ain't bad either. the fifth one is very nice, reminds me of early pan am and recent onionring. maybe i'm not too fond of the background. final preset! still a killer and it shows much better response (though i might listen to different music today). i'd still remove the background
the pack is much better than the previous minipack, but it's still not of the quality of your wfc contributions or stuff you sent me. it's mostly been the backgrounds i disagreed on, in many case due to their plain blackness.

I guess I've really been out of the loop. I know I haven't played with AVS for a while (and probably won't at all anymore) or even downloaded any presets in quite some time... but when did you get so damn good?
I logged on for probably only the second time this year and happened to notice your caret. When did you become the AVS gallery director? Congratulations.
Anyway I decided to take a look and was just absolutely stunned by this pack. Evening News is sweet, it's trippy as hell. City Of Tiny Heights just totally kicks ass. F***etchup seems to be pretty simple but it's very elegant.
Finally, Class Sick: wow, just... wow. Really... I mean, fucking... wow. I didn't see this the first time around, still haven't yet downloaded WFC5. But man, this is absolutely amazing. I've been watching this for about half and hour now and I can't see myself ever getting bored with this. This is perhaps the coolest fucking preset I have ever seen.
