Cute. But Bucky's metal arm should be the left arm and not the right. Just flip the image, and you'll fix the mistake. Sorry for nitpicking.

You can do it with Microsoft office picture manager, with the option image editing (i think, mine is in Portuguese).
Anyway, your drawing is great. I wish I could draw like that, I'm only good at simpler vector drawings, terrible at drawing people.
