So, I'm rewatching "Dungeon & Discord" some days ago, when this scene happened I got a sudden urge to make a quick doodle of that Fluttershy's reaction in her human form... and only got the time to finish it today.
It is one of my favorite Fluttershy's face/moment, as it show her growth from the shy and introvert pony into an assertive pony that can poke a fun to God of Chaos like Discord. (plus it shows how close they are as a friend right now)
