Taste the fruity peach2015 is the year of Peach's 30th anniversary! What better way to start off the new year than by returning from the dead, breaking everyone's retinas with overly-colorful skittles explosions, celebrating the anniversary of Peach's release!
I think this is really setting a new wtfcolorful record for me, personal beST GET!!
After a crazy whirlwind ending to 2014, I finally return from my hiatus with this gift for my good friend and partner in crime, pinkythepink ! She's ridiculously inspirational, and working on this madly awesome Princess Peach project:

Sweet GF, I was going to write that you have no idea how long I've anticipated this art being finished, but you know exactly how long because I hadn't stopped pestering you about it every day since you mentioned you were doing something sneaky for me! You kept me awake at night imagining what sort of madness you had been plotting, and it got even worse when you showed me that little 80 pixel layer for your lighting!! You made me spin in my chair with absolute glee when you delivered this to my desktop, quite truly, and now I have to decide which background gets replaced on my iPad to make room for this glorious color-testing piece of work!
I mean let me start with that background since for the past two days that's what you've been NOT TELLING me about 
Her face is just TOO. CUTE. I love that you combined your styling with Nintendo's because I swear this could've been some instruction booklet / promo art for a new game coming out, nobody would have even blinked. And her hair - PEACH, YOUR HAIR DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE - but look at that you even got it flowing out naturally and the spikes don't look out of place or random! Her hair adds a lot of movement to this too you get the sense that parasol isn't just sitting there NO it is in a sweep of fantastic is what! I'll also comment here on the gems/jewels on her crown/dress like how did you get them to reflect so effortlessly they look like real gems should!
I'll leave a separate section right here for her sleeves since that's the part I'm on for her bead dress and like I know you've been listening to me complain about how they're giant orbs that make no sense and like they're just HUGE SPHERES WHAT NONSENSE and so I'm really happy when you sent this to me I saw the ruffly fluff coolness that you did to them and it just makes me so happy to see haha ONE RAMBLY SENTENCE FOR YOU THERE those sleeves are against the universe I swear. And the way you put her gloves up into them ahhhhh it's so cute
I don't know how to properly comment on the dress like those folds you just know that movement her hair implied earlier is making tons of notes at this dress, like hey I'm moving all over SPACE with my STARS and there is nothing you can do about it. Like those bustles dude, they look downright natural. Down. Right. Natural. And do not even get me started on the parasol like, you even got her little heart handle on the end in there and that's a detail most people just ignore like whaaaat it's so cool! I don't know what kind of material it would be, something really really soft, like, the way you've shaded it so gorgeously, it just makes me wanna reach out and feel it. Not a velvet, because it reflects the light so well, and not like a plasticy-nylon, because it also absorbs the light so well... I dunno but I WANT IT. I want it right now!
