I never lived in the 80's but it facinates me what the 80s were like. I was watching Electric Dreams, the reality show type documentary about a modern family who get sent back to the 70's to the 90's. They weren't just talking about the electrics, they were talking about the history like the 70's power cut due to a strike and the James Bulger murder and apparently, video games were the blame but I think it was shitty parenting and they were mentally ill.

Well, after getting some totally radical shades to help with those unnaturally bright neons, I can say I have a love/hate relationship with the 80s, but admit there's plenty to enjoy there too.

Yep, there's a lot of my fave shows come from that era so I can't complain. I don't mind using colours liek this when it's appropriate either!

Very 80's indeed, I like the huge mobile phone, the 80's style clothes and the colours you've chosen. All she needs now is Spandau Ballet or Duran Duran playing in the background.

As much as I like the 80s they did produce some questionable fashions! They're fun to draw though.
