Caught up on another late (argh, sorry :/) digital commission. I probably gave this one a little extra love, because (a) it's Ahsoka and (b) the guy gave me 100% free reign, which always rocks — all he asked for was "BOUNTY HUNTER AHSOKA."
Drawn by hand with pencil & brush pen, then scanned & tweaked & colored digitally in Photoshop.

This is the most appropriate fan art I've seen about a future Ahsoka so far.
I believe there is a possibility that things didn't go too well for her after the rise of the Empire. I mean, when the last time we saw her she was completely disillusioned with the Jedi. Who knows how she would react to their "betrayal"? From what we know, the public believed that Palpatine was only a victim and Anakin Skywalker died during the assault on the Jedi Temple, led by Darth Vader. At least, that's what they said in the novel Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader. If Ahsoka fell for that - and there's a chance she did - she probably became very much like Asajj Ventress was after Dooku abandoned her; vengeful and even more disillusioned. Comsumed by fear and sorrow, the young Togruta could turn into a bounty hunter, even if it sounds too absurd at the moment. Who knew she had the darkness in her we saw on Mortis? Just remember what she said back then: "I feel more like myself than I ever have." Or what about the "seeds of the dark side, planted by her Master"? Aurra Sing was a Jedi as well before she became a bounty hunter...
Whatever the happens, I'm sure Ahsoka will find her way back to the light.

She as grown up. A Jedi bounty hunter? Scary. I mean this way she can avoid been hunted during the purge. It can be seen in her eyes that resentment she has for been treated like a outsider during the clone wars. So hopefully she will stay in the right path. But remember she is a Jedi, not a saint. I say she is in her late teen's. Looking good. And I love the idea of Boba Feet Gun plus her light saber. Wich she must hide during the Empire era.

I like this especially because it seems like a plausible continuation of Ahsoka's character, considering most of Star Wars' most enduring protagonists (like Han) were scoundrels.
