I've finally finished Kate. I've tried to soften this portrait so it's more like the reference photo (hdwallpapers.com/kate-bush-bac… ) sorry, I don't think that link works... it was a google search for hd wallpaper if that helps.

It measures 10'' by 12 1/3 ''
Materials: Smooth Bristol Board paper and a wide selection of pencils, oh and LOTS of erasing with putty rubber and my favourite Faber-Castell pencil eraser.

I'm still trying to get the hang of my lovely new camera, so it's not exactly the quality I wanted, but I'm pleased with it and I really enjoyed drawing Kate anyway. I had to try several times to get a decent photo, then the sun came out and I took this one outside. I think it's the best photo I could get.
