Okay let's start. Your work on the muscles of this person is well and good. The arms seems strong, but you can definitely tell that they need less detail and more outlining, muscles are not wires and cords, although they can be drawn similarly. The arms are very good, however they are some problems with why this was submitted.. 1.) We have an anime group, this is an anthro picture. Unless the anthro is done in a very specific anime style that is designed for anthro (I forgot what it was called, but one does exist, and I can identify it) then it is the MAIN reason why this was declined. Another good thing you did was attention to detail. You did marvelous in your attempt to make the city. It's not perfect, but it is clear you did take some time working on it. I think this is a good picture, however, my co-founder friend would have to say that this picture's coloring is off a bit. It's not the colors you used, it's the way you colored it. We usually don't accept color schemes like this, usually we accept things like this: manga-anime-maniacs.deviantart... manga-anime-maniacs.deviantart... manga-anime-maniacs.deviantart...

Yeah; the arms are a bit excessive, especially for his age. And then I was aware that the clothes were off and I was hesitant about fixing it, but I just left it alone. Thanks for the tips, I'll work on it definitely.
