The main issue I see with anatomy is that the chest is kind of squished to the top and the arms are too thin. Try lowering the chest a bit and adding a kind of round squarish shape to the sides of the chest instead of one long line straight from the armpits to the waist. There's all kinds of muscles in the chest area that create the shape of a male torso, and you don't have to be muscular to see them.
Here's a picture I grabbed off of google that I think is a good example. He's slightly built, just like your character seems to be, but he's not all muscular. You can see that there are a lot of curves from the armpit area to the hip.
