Your dragons are certainly better, but only because you never draw people! Put some work into it and they'll come out at an equal skill level to the gons. :3 He's not all that terrible anyway, just the proportions are off. Look for things like this: [link] that give you reference ideas, so you can make the parts you will draw porportionate to the parts you've already drawn. That one in particular is the heads rule for getting height and placement of the hips correct.
