nope. I couldn't have been, since I submitted this deviation last year, and [link] was submitted in April this year.
Actually it seems to be the other way around. If you read the artist's comments at [link] a little closer you see that it says "inspired from a photo of ~Gravitatioon " (that's me)

This photograph is great as a horizontal. I love the color of her hair against the sky and the positions of the bubbles are just perfect. Though it was impossible to plan exactly where the bubbles would be at that moment, it all worked out so well.
