Description
This is a beta fish i did for a contest I am entering.I love beta fish, i used to have like 6 of them, different blues, reds, greens, orange... they are so beautiful and graceful.
Done mostly in colored pencils. Prismacolor, corte, and dewert. Also a bit of cream acrylics were used as well as white gel pen.
8x10 smooth mixed media paper.

This is a crowntail! I use to have a royal blue crowntail, was the most beautiful fish I've ever seen.

Oh I can certainly agree with you, betta fish are so lovely ;U; and a delight to paint! I swear most of my personal works involving fish end up being bettas, so so delightful.
