I have been trying to get a good picture of this for two years now. Sadly this is the best I have gotten…This is currently known as the Central Virginia Training Center (CVTC). This structure has had an infamous past. Originally built as a sanitarium, the state of Virginia allowed extensive testing on it patients. So notorious was the testing, Hitler sent scientist to study the facility and the tests. It remained a sanitarium until the mid 70’s when funding reduced their services to “outpatient.” Just a little note, upon admission many patients were castrated (male and female).
