Hmm. Well, thumb is obviously the pokeball x"D Index is Pikachu, middle finger is Charmander, ring finger is Bulbazar, and pinky is ... Jigglypuff.

haha its just a coat of light blue.. let it dry.. grab a sponge thing like for ur makeup and dab it in white and sorta smuge it on lightly. then paint yellow and black stripes on thumb (small).. then outline it with black ( i used a toothpick) and maike the trail
