I already have changed the original design of the tank. I slightly increased the size of the gun turret, so that three crew members could fit in with the ammunition. I also moved the commander’s cupola from the center of turret closer to the left side, so that the breech wouldn't break the commander’s legs during the rollback. One crew member has been added to control the front mounted lascannon. In the original GW design the crew has 6 people (3 gunners), which does not match the number of mounted weapons.

Epic work!

Some novels also say 60 tons, but that's the only thing i'm not very much confident about, cause the mass, main weaponary and solid armour is higher as a todays 60tons tank(which hardly is as big as a Chimera or something 'tiny'). Netherless a very detailed work with a very awesome interpretation of the inner construction.

"Some novels also say 60 tons" - because it is canonical weight of Leman Russ (Check "Imperial Armor"). Imperium steel (ceramite and plasteel) is about twice lighter than our modern armor steel. That is why that tank weighs 60 tons instead of 90-100

Didn't know they made a book with written down technical facts. Well, then my critique went to the dudes who made this book xD Even halve whight wouldn't compensate the 'no smart armor/no segmented armor'-concept on a higher volume vehicle or a weaponary that include something like a cannon a guardsmen can stick his head in without problems(which even in case of a halfing is more than 120mm). Bringing a steampunky feeling together with technical facts is a tricky thing - the Shadowrun redactionary also suffered this problem a lot. Not that ther woudn't had been a logical solution. But well, all arguments for the people who wrote this technical book, not the work you did. Cheers.

You know. I would have loved to have this reference before my Only War group decided to play as a tank crew (I'm hoping they don't pick a baneblade). : P

Could have made them a nice and accurate detailed interrior for the tank. Awesome work.

And on that day I will be a happy man. I look forwards to seeing it. Don't rush yourself though.
