There is an amazing amount of detail in the lace that you rendered very well. It could have gotten overwhelming, but I think the fact that you can see her hands, and that they are a simple, smooth texture, really grounds the work and give the eye a place to rest.
I think that there could be more contrast between the background and her dress, making the background darker, to make the dress stand out more, and it would also balance the bit of black provided b her hair in the top right corner.
You did a great job rendering all the different textures in the fabric and lace.
