Hijab is not "third world misogyny." I'm a Muslim, I wear hijab, I know what I'm talking about when I say it's not misogyny. If it's a person's own choice, it's not oppression. Yes, many women in the third world are forced into wearing it, and forcing someone to wear it IS oppression, but they're also forced into many worse things, so why focus on the hijab as the "symbol of oppression and misogyny"? I have lived in the first and second worlds, I choose to wear hijab, and I am vehemently anti-SJW. Many women choose to wear the hijab on their own, without pressure from men. It all comes down to choice, and lumping every person who wears hijab into an "oppressed" basket just isn't true. Fluttershy in a hijab is not celebrating or minimizing oppression.

Actually, that's referring to an incident in another fanbase I've been hearing stories about. Apparently there was this one semi-prolific Steven Universe fan who drew a fat character thin, and tumblr went apeshit on her. At one point, there were no less than like 50-some blogs dedicated to sending her hatemail and death threats, and got so bad to the point that the poor girl attempted suicide. As usual, Tumblr's moderators responded by doing...absofuckinglutely nothing. As usual.
Naturally, when the actual people behind the show found out, they were, like any sane and rational person, pretty goddamn horrified and told these people, in no uncertain terms, that it was NOT okay and they had to stop. So naturally, the SJWs did the sane and rational thing, and decided that maybe they had a-pfffft, nah, of course not, they tried digging up shit on the show's creators and turned on them too. Because apparently they know better than the people who actually made it.
I find it kind of funny that for all the shit about "fragile male ego lel" these kids tend to be the ones who get their panties in a bunch over every little thing. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but I have yet to see a Gears of War blog dedicated solely to harassing fanartists who draw the COGs not looking like they're doped up on several tons of anabolic steroids.

Thanks man, I had a lot of fun drawing these. Yeah actually the whole "railing against fat-shaming while slandering anyone who disagrees with you as a fat, ugly, forever-alone virgin" thing was what got me into SJW-bashing and mockery of their hypocrisy. Apparently only women are allowed to be fat, because even nowadays this "enlightened era of tolerance and understanding" sure seems to enjoy mocking overweight men more than ever.
Though if you want my honest opinion, I think "fat acceptance" is bullshit on a completely genderless level. Why? Because except for in the very rare case the person has a thyroid issue and can't help being fat, it is promoting an unhealthy lifestyle that will only end in bad health and most likely early death due to heart disease or stroke too. I know I used to be quite heavy, but have been steadily losing pound after pound over the past few years...and I wouldn't have it any other way. Hell, even though some of my views could be seen as MRA-ish to some, I actually hate your typical Reddit fedorabeard degenerate almost as much as your typical tumblr bitch. They get all butthurt nationalist when radfems just so much as insult their ways of life, despite being pathetic, sniveling, spineless manlets who seem to think society's "tolerance and understanding" will save them from those awful, awful trolls and feminists.
PROTIP: if you want to represent the voice of men, turn your own fucking life around, stop acting like a whiny manbaby, and for fuck's sake, get your lard ass in shape.
