Description
This is for everyone who says that God is a woman.This was my first attempt at making blood. It took forever and it's not too great. If you know of an easy way, I'd love to know.

This is a beautiful and poignant image... and, in my opinion, very thought-provoking. (Good art always inspires discussion -- or ought to, at any rate.)
I consider myself a Christian... an open-minded Christian. Yes, Jesus is the *Son* of God -- but who says "Son" has to refer to only males? What if Jesus were a woman? In whose image and likeness were we created? If we're created in God's image and likeness, it stands to reason that God could look like... well, *anyone*.
I believe a female Jesus actually makes sense. (Hear me out.) Whom does Scripture typically blame for Humanity's fall and estrangement from God? Woman. It makes sense to me, then, that the instrument of Humanity's redemption and reconciliation with God be female.
Besides, I think it makes for a more beautiful and poignant Passion narrative. (That's just what I think, anyway; you're welcome to disagree: I won't take offense. At least, try to see from a different perspective.)

Nice work! I prefer Jesus like a woman. I think that Jesus is only a symbol that can to be represented like a man or woman. In art, the mythology is not the truth only a symbol!!

Historically inaccurate. God is God. You cannot describe God in human tongue. It is proven that Jesus is the SON of man. ~_~ I'd hate to promote an idiot's theory. Whether this was a joke or not sin has overthrown society once more. Distasteful.
