Description A few months ago, I watched a video about an association football (soccer) team playing in the French Cup. I found it interesting that clubs in overseas France play rounds against mainland French teams. That video inspired me to create a scenario where teams in Canada and Australia competed in the English FA Cup.

In this scenario, there are two professional soccer leagues who will send their respective champions to compete in the FA Cup. The Canadian Soccer League in Canada, and the Australian Soccer League in Australia and New Zealand. The Canadian Soccer League consists of 10 teams: Victoria Royals, Vancouver Whitecaps, Edmonton Drillers, Calgary Mustangs, Winnipeg Wolfpack, Thunder Bay Chill, Hamilton Steelers, Toronto Blizzard, Ottawa Intrepid, and Halifax Wanderers. The Australian Soccer League consists of 8 teams: Perth Glory, Adelaide United, Brisbane Strikers, Gold Coast Dolphins, Sydney FC, Melbourne Victory FC, Tasmania Island SC, and New Zealand Knights.

If you're wondering why there is no team in Montreal, that is because I put the Montreal Impact in the French football system. As explained in Professional North American Soccer Clubs .

Like in my US Soccer scenario, soccer stays an amateur sport in New Zealand. The lone professional club competes in the Australian league.
