Description
I really, really like the SW-XAII "Schneegans," which is a Kawamori-designed Variable Fighter with stealth characteristics. However, it's non-canonical (to the best of my knowledge). I opted to scan it in, clean it up, and add the distinctive "hip vents" from the related SW-XAI "Schneeblume" (which otherwise is little more than a rough design for the VF-0). Also used the XAI's head as an A-type and the XAII's head as an S-type.

I decided to name this thing the VF-18 pretty arbitrarily. I chose the name "Metal Siren" because it works and because I loathe the visual design of the real Metal Siren from Macross II. Anything I can do to help the original Metal Siren fade into the realm of the forgotten is a win in my book.
