After losing each other Rose and the Doctor return to Torchwood's wall on the Anniversary of the walls closing. But one year Rose keeps seeing 10 everywhere she goes, and after 10 dies 11 begins to see Rose more and then he finds away back to her, but Rose still loves 10.
