Description
This image was taken on the Panasonic DMC. I took this while experimenting with ISO and exposure settings. I decided to test how well the camera dealt with extreme lighting conditions, such as an open fire. I was completely unaware of how these images would turn out, as I had done nothing like it before.

The results varied, and in this image I increaded the exposure to plus 2 steps, and haf an exposure time of 1/4 secs. The result is a blurred flame/fireplace, whos moving flames have intensified the colour to white, giving the fire a hotter look, not too disimilar to a forge, hence the title. Although the image is interesting, I would not have said that it was particularly well taken, and the subject matter is not interesting enough to make the photo very interesting.
