Description
This was a cover for the FINAL issue of Legion of Super Heroes. The colors for the final issue are different from what you see here. I wanted to make this piece more of a poster so I tapped my man [link] to help me out with the colors! So we threw down on this together. Hope ya dig!Related content

i couldn't imagine a crew like this comin at me if i was a bad guy... unless I was Superboy Prime, then i'd have that grin, bring it on, type look! hehe It's an interesting approach how Kizer took this.... makes it look as though they are coming toward the sun rather than having the sun behind them, very cool look=]

truly awesome piece- interesting to note that a lot of the costume designs harken back to cockrums run on lsh, or pay homage to the imperial guard doppleganger he created at marvel----again, excellent work!

Thanks. I'm starting to get into the older works as far as costumes and how the artist of that area used light and shadow. In my Spiderman pages that I'll be posting soon, you'll start to see some of that influence.
