Seriously, i've seen tons of ocs like yours, and i ve seen thousands of brown skin and back mane earth ponies with standards RD mane style!
Go find out and leave the poor Grennflyart be! You're just acting dumb and childish! He is in his right and owe you nothing! Do you intend to attack every ponies oc that vaguely share similarities? Plus, nsorry, i'll be honnest, but your oc isn't original or special either (and i don't enjoy his design either, i personnally think it's not pretty but it's my opinion.) that was free, but you truely deserve to fall from this chair of yours.

Just because yours is green doenst mean is a direct copy/clone. No one is stealing OCs here.
Your hair colour is totally different for a start, as well as the eyes and feathered hooves, plus you have it wearing accessories, Chris only has Foolish, his doodlebug.
Now please stop with this. if you have that big of a problem, maybe you should look at adding something unique to your OC like some streaks or markings? Otherwise youll be yelling at everyone using the similar colour pallet. Get original matey, mark of a good OC design.

I think you'll find that Greenfly has had both his OC and Foolish for as long as I've known him, which is close to 5 years now. You cant just come and accuse someone of copyright theft when you clearly have no evidence. You also need a trademark to sue someone I'm sure. Let's see your lawyers...
