oil on canvas. This was a self portrait I did. I like the idea of a made-up face being someone's true identity and a non-made-up face being the mask, as opposed to the usual interpretation of make-up being a mask. This is a continuation of my cyborg character series as well.Related content

This is a really interesting idea, and I like the strong expression. However, the shoulders are way too broad. I wish I knew the exact proportioning, but now I've gotten lazy and I only know how it's supposed to look.
