Oh wow this is a really neat interpretation of Phone Guy, he's pretty cool! I do see the resemblance between him and your sona, I like it. It quite suits him!
I love all the green in there, and the expression is very well done, hopeless trying to keep a brave face, almost psychotic. And the little detail with him wrapping the cord around his finger is a nice touch, awesome work!
