indeed, my dear watson! hmm, that IS quite the predicament. i'd say, go on the quests that give you the largest sum of cash available, and when you run out of those, take the quests with the second largest, and work your way down from there. it works for me in ESO, it'll work for you, i reckon.

That would probably work in most RPGs, but... sadly not this one. in this game, everything can be bought with credits (which you can get from completingΒ missions or beating enemies or any other way you can get money);Β everything but heroes and costumes. those are bought with either real-life currency or 'eternity splinters'. these eternal little pains-in-the-neck are quite rare, fallen enemies dropping only one every 8 minutes or so. this is the only way to get them, and it take a lot of them to get even the simplest of heroes, let alone a premium like Deadpool. you get 1 of these little buggers every 8 minutes, and the big DP costs 1450 of them to get him... if you're lucky. it takes that many just to get a shot at him in a random draw. in other words, it's a damn pain to try getting anywhere close to deadpool without opening your wallet and dumping out $15.00 on one single character. long story short,Β THIS REALLY SUCKS.

okay, if that is the problem, how many eternity splinters do you have now? and while it may take a long time to get deadpool in an mmo, still, deadpool DOES have his own game now. and from playing through it (and beating it on veteran, or normal difficulty) it's a hell of a lot of fun. also, you get to wield sledgehammers. if that doesn't entice someone to play one of the goriest and funniest games ever devised by a game company, i don't know what does. (keep in mind, you do start off with the basic pistols and katanas, and you do have to save up alot of dp points to buy upgrades and stuff, but it's manageable)

Oh, I know lots about the new DP game. I've watched lots of walkthroughs, and it looks awesome as hell. my issue is the vulgar language. gore I can handle for some reason, but I draw the line when someone drops a $#!% in the middle of the game. I wish there was a way to sensor the game, because then I'd be more than happy to beat people to death with sledgehammers and bitch-slap wolverine's corps a thousand times over for all sorts ofΒ random 'reasons'. as for the splinters I've got, my count is currently at 103 because I got lucky and was given a gift of 100 extra splinters for acing the beginner's tutorial.

i can honestly say from playing the game, i'm hooked on all things deadpool. may he and the grim reaper (my deadpool OC) slay many a baddie together, with sadistic smiles upon their faces. eh, you kind of get used to it, after a while. it also helps to think higher of yourself over a character, because people show you respect, if you can insult someone without using profanity. XD i'd definitely given someone a for being able to send someone storming off, without using foul language. i'm with you with the censor bit, but sadly, we have to live with it. nobody else i'd pick to do a VO for deadpool than the nolanator though, he's the ultimate DP voice actor. i agree, the 'reasons' deadpool gave while you slapped wolverine, trying to get him to wake up, were hilarious. but the corpse bit? the guy has a healing factor and bones made out of indestructible metal, i don't think he can be killed by an explosion so easily. besides, rogue came back, and she was in the same crash. not bad, but not too far ahead either. i'd say, if you had free time, log into the mmo, and grind it for about an hour. you might not get a splinter or two, but still, some is better than none, and you'd be a handful of splinters closer to your goal, which is nice. (just try and picture this in skyrim, going through what's needed to get your enchanting to 100. that was not fun for me. T_T)
