I don't mean to be like that, but she hasn't really been explained as much as other characters. When referring people to the first season I describe the group as "a bipolar commander imouto, the most competent stalker ever, a loli puppeteer with the funniest puppet ever, a gothic psycho, and an idiot." XD

Besides being a massive glutton and a passable singer there really hasn't been much that's happened about her, although she has been ever-present. The second half of book 8 was more interesting thanks to that. It feels like the author is holding the rest of her development back for later in the rest of the story >.<
