I love this. The lightness of the whole thing is really nice to the eye. The eyes on her seem to be the only thing here that is solid and stands out, bold and strong, I get drawn right to them, and then down to the flower. Very lovely

Impressive work of pencils!
the coloring is so well done it looks almost as if you painted it!
her eyes and hair are especially good!
if there were one thing I could suggest it might be that her ear looks just a little "bent"
but still overall it's really lovely!

This is a beautiful example of the professional finish coloured pencils can give a portrait, the colouring is wonderful, especially on the flower, and also the depth of the eyes. The light you have added into the hair is lovely as well, gives it a soft look.
If i were to suggest improvements, they would be to treat the eye whites more like a ball, and shade the edges slightly more, and also use more single stands within and at tje ends of the hair, to make it less 'spiky'
Your work is lovely, and I just wish I could do this well in coloured pencils, my pencil work is a little sketchy haha.
