Description Please buy the print if you like, its high quality.
Careful Guys, full view may be pretty big.

I felt like making a vintage/retro design poster and chose to make a green peace poster.
Made in Incscape and Gimp.

Thanks so much, it took about the fourth color scheme I tried to get the right "worn" look I was going for

This is incredibly good. I love the colors, and definitely the tone of the whole thing. I really really like it, and I think you have a lot of talent. I may just have to buy this print.

wonderful use of positive/negative space - overall a perfect replica feel of a screen print or a hand printing press Love it!!

Thanks man! I wanted to make it all solid before I added the worn effects, I'd really like to see this printed onto a vintage tin canvas.

if you have a Costco near you, they print onto canvas for a reasonable price...sorry, don't know what 'tin canvas' is...

Its pretty much just a sheet of rough tin. Have you ever gone to like a restaurant or a bar or something and seen a vintage poster on a tin sheet? Its basically like that.
Here's a few examples I found off Google

Ahh! I see what you mean! Just had a thought...here in California there's an art/craft store called Michael's - they have a screen print system for about $100 (often have coupons for 40% off anything in the store, on-line, too) you could print it yourself!!

Yeah, we have those in PA too, my sister used to work at one.
There's also custom design tin websites, although if I do end up getting it printed, I might take it to Staples, or Michael's. Michael's has everything haha.

He's my favorite guitarist but all of his posters just happen to look amazing haha

I love this design.
I would like to have it on a T-shirt. Maybe even in different colors, even though I like this color combo the most. I bet it would look awesome in all sorts of color combos. And, if you got it printed using 'green' inks on organic cotton, it would be the total statement.

And if you have any other suggestions for types of art like this feel free to request it, I've been trying to find a style of art that comes to me naturally and feels like my own, and I liked this so I wanted to make more with this style.

I think a rough or natural edge would add some texture and actually open it up from the sharp lines of a hard edge boarder.

Oh haha I was thinking about adding a sort of "torn paper" effect for a border, but that's not what I meant... I meant ideas for other pieces, like if there was anything you'd like to see.

Thanks man, I was trying to go for a recycled look, like as if all the materials were worn out or recycled. It would be nice to be able to accomplish this with organic inks on a natural canvas, although one canvas I would like to see this printed on, is a tin canvas, they usually display vintage works pretty well.
The main color is green too so that would be pretty easy to get organically.

I bet it would look great on tin. also hemp. like tan hemp with green braiding.
