Holly cow, this art needs more attention. <3
I really love this style, and the background looks so cool. I love the style of shading and lighting! The lineart style as well, I like how in some parts the lineart is thin, and in some other places it is thick. 
Another thing I like is the jacket. I love how you added in wrinkles, it's super hard to do! XD
The expression is really good as well. I like it.  
Heck! I like how you added an owl in the background as well! 
It looks like it took more than 4 hours owo
