Description
This was pretty fun! A couple nights ago I was thinking of things I could draw for a Facebook Cover and Profile picture b/c sometimes, on pages like "The Simpsons", their profile picture and cover photo connect together. Actually, *SilentReaper 's Stupid Fox facebook page does that too. So I thought it would be cool to do that and I came up with this. The next morning I didn't know if I wanted to do it or not since I should really be drawing other things but Then I just did it so here it is! The profile picture would be the lava pit and the rest would be your cover photo!

I started with the background and had no idea what I was doing. Recently I've been getting jealous of =uniqueLegend and others like him b/c they're just SO DAMN GOOD! I watched uniqueLegend draw on DAmuro and at first I was like "I could draw that" but then as he kept going and adding on it just looked so great and detailed and I realized then that if you're paint, traditionaly or digitaly, you really only need one layer and don't go back, just keep going forward and keep adding on until it looks better. So my background was all blurry and blochy but then I kept adding and adding and I kept going "There, that looks good enough to stop" but I just kept going until it looked like this! Not to brag, but I've watched a lot of Photoshop speed paints on Youtube and this sorta looks like the final product of one. So when is drew Mario, I originally thought of doing everything outlined and in cartoon form but I guess after doing the background I wanted everything sorta realistic. I had no idea I was gonna put that much effort into the background when I started. Anyway, so I was gonna do Mario in a different way than how I usually draw him, but I guess I forgot and Im glad I did b/c this is the first colored, detailed, 3d-like, and drawn on wacom Mario I've put up on DA! This is a milestone! At first he looked terrible, but once again, as I started adding on he looked better! Same with the thwomp! Pretty cool! And this was all just for Facebook which makes my drawings look blurry anyways.

I really need to learn to quit rambling on and just have a short descripsion...
