I have never played a hentai game before to be honest. Is it like a dating game but you hit the third base all the time? With quicktime events where you have to press a key so you don't come to early?

most of them ive seen take the RPG angle, kinda remniscant of battleon or old final fantasy like turn based combat, and you unlock amateur level hentai drawings as rewards. Theres also the flash games where one controls the speed at which theyre nailing some character which has a simple animation say to slide up and down, and minor face expression changes, shit like that
