Chapter 3 - Reunited At Last - Part 1 The Invitation

Two years have passed and now we find Ash who is in the Kalos region. Unfortunately May had to go separate ways to explore other regions and continue to compete in Pokémon Contests so that she can make her way in becoming a Top Coordinator while Ash continues to become a Pokémon Master. Ash is now 12-years-old and has come a long way to fulfill his dream as much of his friends that he has been traveling with. In the past two years Ash has gone through the Sinnoh and Unova region where he entered in both leagues but unfortunately he didn't emerge victorious. Ash is sitting in a Pokémon Center along with his new friends that he met in the Kalos region. "Ash it seems you have a letter from the Hoenn region." said the Nurse Joy who is currently working in the Pokémon Center, Ash looked at the letter, "Thanks Nurse Joy!" he replied. Ash had looked through the letter and couldn't believe what he received from Hoenn because it came from Petalburg City. It was an invitation to Christmas Party that Norman and Caroline were hosting. However, the invitation said it only admitted two people to go to the party and Ash didn't know who he should take with him. "Ooh Ash, is it okay if I went along with you?" Bonnie said so cheerfully. Clemont was thinking about if he would let her go with Ash because it would mean going to another region even if it is only for one day and night. Ash and Clemont had talked for a bit and Clemont asked Ash if he'd watch over Bonnie for him while they're over in Petalburg City. Ash agreed to look after Bonnie while they were gone for the time being and so they made their way to the airport to catch the next flight to Hoenn. The next day Ash and Bonnie had arrived to May's house, Ash was wearing a blue jacket and a pink shirt under it and Bonnie was wearing a red dress. Once they knocked on the door footsteps began to approach from the inside and the door began to open and the person standing before them was May, "Hello there, welcome. Please come on in." she greeted them with a cheerful smile. The party was running smoothly, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves with all of the decorations that Norman and Caroline put up. Ash introduced everyone to his new friend Bonnie who was staring at Max with a gentle smile. Max blushed and looked away nervously because this is the second time he's ever felt this way toward a girl at his age. Everyone was in the living room helping put up the rest of the decorations that still needed to be put up. Max was helping Caroline put decorations on the walls, Bonnie brought a video camera that she snuck out of Clemonts bag before she left and decided to record everything that she experienced in the Hoenn region, and Ash and May were setting things up for the Christmas Tree. It has been such a long time since they've seen each other but things between them were still going great, Ash was putting a present in one of the socks that was hung on the chimney and May just looked at him and gave him a smile just like she always did when she traveled with him back in the day. The party had just got started and everyone who was invited was having a great time, the decorations looked perfect, the christmas tree was shining bright and people can see there reflection through the ornaments, it brought smiles upon everyone's faces. Soon after a while Ash had stepped out for a minute to see how things were outside and when he turned his head to the right he saw May. To be continued...
