This is awesome apart from one thing, the way the pink stain on the face kind of contradicts the lip lines beneath.
If the stains boundary was outside of the lips or changed shape to take them into account (the way the left boundary of the drip on the belly curves slightly showing the contour of the belly) it would be perfect.
Love the strands of candy in the mouth, they're a really nice touch.
