On tumblr: [link]I think I like this couple a lot more after drawing this! I can't see Raven with anyone but Beast Boy, but i ALWAYS liked Beast Boy with Terra... D: my fangirl feelings are confusing right now. Damn anon in tumblr that inspired me to do this
Oh, Beast Boy is not just awkwardly standing there, he's giving her space. He's smiling looking at her doubtful movements with love. Waiting, i think he could wait for years. Raven needs a little time before she can kiss him, and he knows it. Because of the fear, the doubt, the consequences, to handle her emotions. She's afraid because she has never touched his lips before, the first time confuses her, but she will do it

A lot of people really love these two being a couple, and I couldn't agree more.
In the series, the more I think about it each time, I believe Beast Boy always wanted to be close to Raven,(even before he knew Terra)and not just that, but I also think he wanted her to be close to him and everyone else. I mean, they live together, and friends should share their lives with one another to bring them closer together as friends.
I agree with you that Raven couldn't be with anyone else other than Beast Boy; Robin seemed too obvious to me. One of the reasons I love these is Beast Boy's not exactly the smartest guy in the group, but he doesn't "need" to be; he's himself. I believe, and like anyone else too, I believe Beast Boy wants Raven to be happy, and I think that's all he wants for her. I don't think his jokes are lame.
Raven may have stuff in her life that she doesn't want the others to know, but they would want to help her get through it together. It's not just something friends would do for one another, but it's what they'd do as her family. And the Titans truly are her family.

Raven was never into robin they were more like brother and sister as robin himself stated in ttg issue 47"like the sister i never had" and robin and starfire got together so i didn't see raven crying her heart out so who ever pairs them is plain sick and a perverted freak. BB and raven were already written by the show writers as a married couple they just didn't make them official but they showed their romance in the ttg comic spin off series so its crystal clear they are a couple. the only problem is that the perverted Β robin and raven fans can't get their perverted brain around the fact that their was nothing between them just plain friend ship and a sibling bond like most twins have.

I've heard about how fans feel in their opinions about Robin and Raven. I'm with you on that.
However, I never really got the chance to read those "Teen Titans Go!" series comics. I just used my imagination. (Which is another good way.)
I have, however, read those more serious Teen Titans comics, and saw how Beast Boy and Raven "kiss" for the first time. I never forgot that. Since then, I believed more than ever that those two were meant to be together.

Raven should embrace her emotions. She maybe half-demon but she's also human. Maybe more human than she leads on. I believe even Beast Boy is aware of that and always tries to help her. That's another reason I love these two.

I always had this feeling that Beast Boy and Raven were more made for each other. I love those times when they're close.
I love that Beast Boy loved Terra too, but I always felt that he liked Raven before. I, like a lot people, wished they ended up together in the series.

They did end up together in the comics, though it took a while and had some false starts.Β They were young adults by that point.Β It can be argued that the TV series showed the very early stages of their relationship.Β Which is interesting, because even when they were still basically just kids, some of the chemistry was already there.

I remember that they dated in the comics that I was curious about. (I don't read a lot of comics)
I'm with you on a lot of things about the series, but to me, it's just one of those fandom things in my perspective. You know how people get all crazy about what they wish had happened, but I feel the same way. Still, it just makes you wonder.
I remember in the DC comic of Volume 5 where they kissed. I never forgot that.

I'm with you on that part also. I loved Beast Boy and Terra too. Terra was Beast Boy's 1st girlfriend I believe he's ever had. Still, I love the idea that Beast Boy and Raven belong together. I just always had this feeling they were meant to be together.

Terra never loved BB in the comics the writers of the comics just made BB look like a fool to fall for her. in the comics she was a psychopath whore who was fucking a 50 year old slade when she was still 15 years old and a traitor to the titans she never loved BB but BB was stupid to love her.The writers of the teen titans animated series changed the original plot and turned her good at the last moment so the character could gain some sympathy from the viewers. BB is far too good of a character to make him in love with a heartless whore. Raven is the only girl for him because they are a perfect match for each other they can balance each others emotional problems perfectly.

I'm aware that Terra was a horrible person in the comics; she was a villain "period" in that. But I never really read any of the comics; however, I did read those archive books that talk about the characters profiles, and that's what I went from. In the past, I never really got to read a lot of comics, until now.
I'm with you that Raven is the only girl for Beast Boy. I never cared if they're were opposites. The way, I look at it, Beast Boy's the guy for her too.
