My favorite aspects I'd have to say is lighting and the silk flowing all around the room. The colors reall work for it. The women are of course well down.

Nicely done! Not up to speed on the 'Guild Wars' reference, but I did have to look twice, because it looked for a moment like a conjoined twins image (with one twin's head growing out of the other's chest), or a 'taur pic, with a second torso growing out of 'her' back just below her head...
