I've been playing The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth for some time now and I must say that last time I spent so much time playing one game was when I was playing Minecraft. That's how great (IMO) this game is. It's challanging, it's surprising and it's fun.It also has it's epic moments. When I reached Cathedral for the first time (which alone was quite an achievement for me, as I wasn't even able to beat Mom's Heart in Wrath of the Lamb) and entered boss room I was like "Hoooooly shet!". Altrough battle alone isn't really that hard, the way it is portrayed is simply stunning. Not only the fact that you're fighting with yourself, but also music that accompanies that duel makes it to be so great.

Synergy: Mom's Knife + Loki's Horns + Spoon Bender. There is also Chemical Peel item, which doesn't have any meaning in that combination.
Damn, this game rules.

Did you get to the bosses after this one yet? There's a True True Last Boss following Isaac if you meet certain conditions, and if more of those are also completed, you get to face the Uber Mega Ultra Hard True True True Last Boss!

Yep, I did. Tbh items I drew on Isaac here (Loki's Horns, Mom's Knife and Chemical Peel) were few from all items I get in a run where I beat Mega Satan 
Btw. Mom's Knife is pretty much all that is needed to take care of Mega Satan without any trouble
