Description This is a photo of one of the boats that're at Fisherman's Warf in in San Fransisco. I don't think this is a particularly amazing shot, but I was drawn to the composition. Slightly photoshopped. I desaturated it and added a sepia overtone. I feel like there's something it's missing, but I can't figure out what it is. Anyone have any photoshopping suggestions for this shot?

No worries. I really liked the moss too. I think it provided a good mood for the photo that wouldn't have been there otherwise.

I can understand your reasoning about something missing... I can't quite pinpoint it myself, but... eh.

I feel as if the framing is a bit too tight with the right side. I like the low saturation, though, and how that seems to reflect the overall atmosphere and mood...

As for what's missing, perhaps it's just a simple case of positioning? I suppose... if you cropped this into a square (I don't think it's possible, as it would be too tight), it would feel more compact and balanced out, but at the moment, it seems to be floating a bit?

Not bad, either way.
