Week I
The New Year
Thoughts...
At first I thought the theme "New Years" would be a hard one. But then I started thinking about how everyone makes resolutions at the beginning of the year and so this is what I came up with. The majority of people tell themselves they're gonna eat right, exercise, and drink water. Usually by May everyone's forgotten this.
I'm actually trying to do just this, but it's not necessarily a New Year's resolution. I'm one of those cynics who believes that the resolutions are made to be broken.

It took me a bit to spot the Amanda. The only critique I have is that the apple looks weird for some reason, almost like it was photoshopped into there.

I can see what you mean with the apple. I think it needed to be captured from a different angle to give it a bit more depth.

Yes! I specifically didn't point it out to see if anyone would catch it. I don't think I did a good job of warping the text to fit the curves of the bottle, but I think I did well on the light reflections. I think that's probably what ended up making it so inconspicuous. Pretty much the only reason I even did that was to make use of my new tablet. It was fun.

Yeah, the lettering looked only slightly off, so I inspected it closer and lo and behold....

How's what going for me? The tablet? The tablet's a whole lot of fun. It works really well for photoshopping things. I think it'll make editing go a lot quicker.

The smaller one's go for about sixty, I believe. The larger ones are gonna be about 100.
