"What is this exactly?"

After a certain event where Ui Ui ended up in a "tight" situation Apparently it was her dear sister Mei Mei's turn to be in a "tight" situation , but how did Mei Mei end up like this? Mei Mei bound and gagged in front of her brother, happy to have her dear sister subdued and at his mercy.

THEORY 1: Mei Mei wanted to reward her brother for his great services so she gave him the option of being able to keep her like this for a certain number of hours.

THEORY 2: We all know that Mei Mei would do anything for money so maybe her brother saved enough money to be able to "buy" time with her sister so he maybe wanna to enjoy it the best he can and then prevent her sister from escaping so to prevent any escape so he decided to restrict her by tying her up.

THEORY 3: Maybe Mei Mei faced the "curse of the ropes" and ended up like this tied up and gagged and Ui Ui has come to rescue her but maybe he'll enjoy the sight of having her powerful and imposing sister so helpless and vulnerable for once in her life. I'm sure Ui Ui likes to see that side that his sister doesn't normally show.

AND HERE IT IS THER CIRCLE IS COMPLETE WITH ALSO THE SISTER SUBDUED BY HIS LITTLE BROTHER ,MEI MEI IS JUST TO HOT SO I HAD TO ALSO PUT HER "AGAINST THE ROPES" BUT THE ONE WHO IS WINNING THE MOST HERE IS WITHOUT A DOUBT HER LITTLE BROTHER UI UI WATCHING HIS USUALLY AWESOME ADORED SISTER BOUND, GAGGED AND HELPLESS.
